* Process Plant Operator - Control Room Operator (CRO): Responsibilities: - I am responsible for the operation of natural gas plant producing 28 MMscfd of natural gas and 40000 Bbl/d of condensates. - Monitoring and operate all gas & condensate Production Facilities which required knowledge and skill to perform the following tasks:  Isolate, draining and purging of the equipment before hand over for maintenance or inspection, Start-up and shutdown operations for utilities & Process units, Permanent monitoring of production equipment, Basic knowledge of process instrumentation, control loops, Diagram, process control logics, PFD & P&IDs.  Analyze the process/production parameters and take the necessary actions required to maintain the optimum operating conditions of the facilities, Follow up with production operators on daily production/maintenance work activities, Follow up Well Testing, Manage all process and utilities parameters and instruct the correction for any plant abnormalities or malfunctions utilizing DCS/ESD systems, Perform the shut down procedures for the platform or part of it in case of necessary and restart up, Ensure all levels ESD activation takes place in case of emergency situations, Provide all aspect of production process & utilities systems including “problem solving & troubleshooting”, Ensure the scheduled level of production and guarantee safety running conditions of all equipments.  April – May 2018: I contributed in executing of (Bahr Essalam Field - Offshore Sabratha Platform) Phase 2 project as a (Process Plant Operator - Control Room Operator (CRO)) during plant shutdown, facilities installation, per-commissioning, commissioning and starting up.  (PTW) Work Permits Registration: Register and review work permits to verify all documents. * Process & Utilities Equipments: (Three Phase Separation, Separators, Test Separators, Manifolds, Desalination unit, Pumps, RO Unit, TEG Regeneration Unit, Two Stage Compression Unit, Heat Exchanger, Heater, Air/ N2 Unit, GTG Unit, Flares, Corrosion Inhibitors, Diesel Unit, Closed Drain, Filters, Separation vessel, Central wells, Wellhead Control Panel (WHCP), Subsea wells, Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU), Topside Umbilical Termination Unit (TUTU), Valves, Fresh water maker, Emergency Power unit – GTG Siemens with generator Alstom, Sea water unit, Cooling water unit, Injection package (Methanol - MEG), Fuel gas skid).
